If you clicked on this, I know you've got to be one of those people who imagines the same 3-5 situations before they go to bed every night. I am one of you, and I have to say, it is the easiest surefire way to make sure you get a good night's sleep. It doesn't matter if I drink ten cans of Diet Coke that day; if I can get a good fake scenario rolling in my head when I reach the pillow, it's a wrap. I've never been one to count sheep because that takes way too much focus. I can't drift off to numbers, and I'm actually unsure if anybody can.
